Article 0. khmerwitica is largely ruled by khmerwitica.com members.

Article 2. on the issue of banning:

any khmerwitica member can nominate another member for banning using the khmerwitica.com polling system.

Reasons for ban nomination need to be clearly stated.

The poll will stay on khmerwitica.com for 4-7 days for all KW members to cast their votes.

Majority rules.

Article 49. khmerwitica shall not be liable for the words and actions of any khmerwitica.com members.
