Man, it is very hot down there in April, beside there are plenty of internet Cafe with uploading speed of up to 256KB for a reasonable price of 50 cent per hour (2,000 Riels/Hour), so there is no excuse not to get a shot at the contest...

how primitive. lolz here's a suggestion...preshoot all your videos and upload them...send them off to KS base on the ordering and you'll be all set. you get to enjoy your vacation and be in KW at the same time.
