Hello everybody.

Boramey or Baromey are spiritual bodliless beings.  Most of them were our ancestors or teachers etc at one of those past lives.

I love my Borameys.  I hope you do too.

The Boramey man.

Hi Veayoo,

I am you glad to see you at KW. Like Reksmay, I hope to see some lines from the non-human/ supernatural sources too.

I read many writings you left at KC, man.  Interesting Boramey stories.

I could not get into KhmerConnection to ask or comments on your writing.  KC is not friendly.

Thank you for the nice welcome.  Thans also to KW and staff for allowing me to come in.

I am shooting for enlightenment myself :)  I do not mind though shedding light on what I have showered with.

I am just another guy.

Hi Sakal,

Feel free to ask or comment.  I don't have all the answers, nor all replies.

I can try my best whenever I get to an Internet and computer.  There were times that I did not have access to Internet or computer for weeks.

I hope you understand.

Creel1,

I was talking about two Khmer sites: KC and KW.

KW is friendly in term of getting in.

KC did not allow me to get in at all, for stupid reasons.

KC did let me sign up,but refused access because my email was a free one from Yahoo.  The next time, a few years later, I signed up with KC again with an email from my Internet Service Provider (one of the KC requirements).

With the Internet Service Provider, KC still did not let me in.  The message said I already had an account with KC itself.

They did not let me in and said later that I already had a memeber account with them. Stupid as anyone could be.

I heard about Khmer young kids in Long Beach starting KC several years ago.  If they were naive then, they should have grown up by now.  Too bad, they still act like a gang using the word Khmer, like in Khmer Connection, to misguide people.  They did not let me connect to other Khmers via their site.

KC should change its name to Long Beach gang kids Connection, or something of that nature.  Hah hah

KC message refusing my access:

"We are unable to approve your account because we have detected multiple accounts associated with you. If you feel this decision has been made in
error, please feel free to contact us using our contact form:

http://khmer.cc/about/contacts.html?Type=Moderator

"

I emailed back telling the Moderator that I never had an account with KC.  No word from the so-called Moderator since.

I started to think then that these gang kids are not worth any further try.  After all, I do not like gangs anyway.

Too bad to see that KC has been discriminating against Sakal.

I had a personal friend from Cambodia who complainted of similar thing.  She was dying to get a very good input in a research thread that I initiated.

She had her college major in Khmer litterature.  She wanted to tell me and the world about a clue answer to a question about Khmer culture, her expertise.

She had the right clue, but she could not get in to tell, as she was not allowed to be a KC memebr with her Gmail/ free account.

I hope KC could find a solution to this problem.

Veayoo,

Are you able to explain the elephant heads icon you picked as your pic?

What is this Om Shri Ganeshaya Namah?

Hi Sakal,

You bring two very interesting questions.  I may have to answer them in several replies.

I like short paragraphs as, like in swimming deep down at the bottom of a river, I need to emerge my nose out and take breaths myself.  I believe all readers may like to take breaks or breaths themselves between pages and contents.

GANESHA I :

The picture with several elephant heads and trunks I have as my pic is God Ganesha.  Khmers nowadays call Him Preah Ganich or Ganesh.

He is not well known at all in Cambodia because he is of Hinduism, rather than Buddhism.  General Khmers know Buddha, not God Ganesha. Through personal researches though, I found great interactions between the two religions.  After all, Cambodians have been both Buddhist and Brahmanist (Hinduist) for about more than 2,000 years.

Personally, I did not notice Him well until I had divine revelation within the last three years or so.  The revelation explained that God Ganesha was a special soul for me personally!!!

GANESHA II:

The following is a quick view of God Ganesha family.

By Hinduism/ Brahmanism, God Ganesha was a son of God Shiva and Goddess Kali/ Parvati.  God Shiva, in turn, was a son-in-laws of Brahma (in Khmer, Brahmanism).

God Shiva is known in Khmer as Preah Sevak or Preah Ang Tep Ek.  I call him Preah Beida God Tep Ek.

Kali/ Parvati is known in Khmer as Preah Me Kali or Preah Karl.  Preah Karl told me face to face that she is the one that Christians and Islams referred as their God Jehovah or God Allah.

God Ganesha had a brother who was also a God: Skanda/ Kattrikeya.

One thing to note is that according to the above information, Hindu, Christians and Islam worship the same God/ Gods.  Each religion just calls Him or Them by different names or reference.  I found this common factor out of personal contact with some of the above Gods.

Another thing to note is that each God in this God family has been God or Goddess for millions or billions of followers in the world.

A quote about God Ganesha:

"We now begin this book with humble prostrations to The benevolent God Ganesha, quietly spoken of in these manuscripts, worshiped today in nearly every country of the world.

Famed even in this decade for drinking all the milk in London, New Delhi and elsewhere and flattered in headlines in numerous countries on September 19, 1995, when He started the "milk miracle," unchallenged by scientists, He, above all the Gods, must be worshiped first.

God Lono to the Hawaiians, Ts'ogsbdag to the Tibetans, Preah Kenes (Ganich) to the Cambodians, Totkharour Khaghan to the Mongolians, Vinayaksa or Sho-ten to the Japanese, Saint Nicholas to the Western peoples, He is invoked in millions of shrines, outnumbering those of all the other Gods in the Hindu world."

Despite little known in Cambodia, I found out that God Ganesha is the most popular God in the world.

GANESHA III:

Through my research, I found that God Ganesha soul reincarnated as the following icons in Cambodia history:

  1. As Preah Keo (in Preah Ko Preah Keo legend) once 3,200 years go.
  2. As Jayavarman VII, in Angkor time.
  3. As Preah Keo again one more time in Longvek time.  I did not ask for the exact date.  This era was when the Thais captured and kept Preah Ko Preah Keo, as said in the Khmer legend.
