These days I only eat once a day- usually Korean instant noodles + beer.

In the past when staying with a friend's family:

Breakfast: rice + kimchi

Lunch: Noodles + kimchi

Dinner: kimchi stew + kimchi + rice

When I was with my ex, we made an attempt to make home-made springroll. Needless to say, we failed miserably 1) no matter how many time we had attempted, we couldn't  wrapped all the stuff into a nice  spring roll shape. 2) I couldn't figure out what sort of ingredient needed for dipping sauce. All I know was smashed peanuts needed for sprinkle on top of the sauce.

We ended up dipping our version of spring rolls with soya sauce and chill paste. It costed us around 150USD in total for the recipe itself.

No pork (three-layered fat)? The basic ingredients are: spring roll wrap, lettuce, noodle, pork, shrimp, and some herbs(?) plus the sauce with peanuts. I ate it the other day - except I was too lazy to wrap it; opted to just eat it with all the ingredients wrapped in the lettuce.

You only eat once a day? Me too-in the evening plus lots of alcohol,I suspect it's not very good for us?
