Small business program |

I am going to start my own business. This has been my dream for a long time and since I'm going to be jobless anyway why not now? Anyway, does any one know if there are any loans, grants program out there that are available for me to look into? Do you have any recommendation or suggestion? Thank you.

You can go to the Bank asking for loan or you go to your laywer asking for information of loans...I believe that there's alot of business loan. If you're series... Or you can borrow some small money making a small business from me. Thats ok too.

If you borrow money from the Bank, they need business plan, if you don't have one then you need to make one. I say borrow money from Kleang is better all you have to do is explaining...no business plan thingy...

There's a small business centre here in town that helps provide loans for candidate interested in starting up their own company. Maybe there is a similar centre in your town?

Several years ago, I did look into an SBA loan. They require that your business must be in operation for at least five years and profitable. With those conditions met, you may apply for up to $2 Million dollars at an interest rate around 5%, but you can only use this money to improve your existing business. You can use a standard formula to calculate your monthly payment. Note: They will check your credit score. An alternative is to raise capital among friends and families, or better yet play Tong Tin! Good luck!

Have you find out how much it cost to operate a bar yet? To get the liquor license is going to be very expensive. I don't know about Oregon. In WA about $70,000.00 or more.
