I cannot read a couple of words in the middle. What does it mean?  I know it is something about power.

Oh ... Thanks you very much, Raksa.  I tried to read it in Khmer but I couldn't make up the words.  So what does it really mean? Here is what I think it means:

"Power is just like a pond, if it does not flow, it will rot, stink and stiff"

If you have a few minutes, could you explain in more detail, please?

On the otherhand, I have Khmer Fonts (what did they it? Unicode?) installed but I don't have the keyboard mapping.  Could you send me the link to where I can find one?

Mohasakor sent it to me one time but I lost it because I didn't know how to use it at that time.  I want to write something in Khmer now. Thank you.

Navy, how good is your Khmer skills (speaking, reading, writing)?

speaking is good.  writing and reading is only at first grade level and deteriorating.

I think mine is about the third grade level.  I can speak more now since I have some khmer friends.

You're welcome, Vandy.  I would have translated in English the same as you and Malaika.  I'm not big on political talk, but I think this statement is a perfect example of our current political situation back in our homeland...if you know what I mean...
