TSerey,

I have spent several hours today searching online for Dhamma related materials and found above two sites.  Thus, I am also new to them.

I hope that you will find something with these two sites.

Mohasarko,

'thor' in Khmer is Dhamma in Pali and Dharma in Sanskrit.

Then repeat the phrase paying homage to the Buddha:

Namo tassa bhagavato arahato samma-sambuddhassa (three times)
Homage to the Blessed One, the Worthy One, the Rightly Self-awakened One.

And then the phrases for taking refuge in the Triple Gem:

Buddham saranam gacchami
I go to the Buddha for refuge.
Dhammam saranam gacchami
I go to the Dhamma for refuge.
Sangham saranam gacchami
I go to the Sangha for refuge.

Dutiyampi buddham saranam gacchami
A second time, I go to the Buddha for refuge.
Dutiyampi dhammam saranam gacchami
A second time, I go to the Dhamma for refuge.
Dutiyampi sangham saranam gacchami
A second time, I go to the Sangha for refuge.

Tatiyampi buddham saranam gacchami
A third time, I go to the Buddha for refuge.
Tatiyampi dhammam saranam gacchami
A third time, I go to the Dhamma for refuge.
Tatiyampi sangham saranam gacchami
A third time, I go to the Sangha for refuge.

Hello TSerey,

The following links are not providing chants; however, one may find some useful information.  The teachings of Abhidhamma, Paritta, and Parabhava Sutta are very complex for a layperson like me who is still very light to the Dhamma.  Hopefully, I will have the opportunity to study and fully grasp their meanings in the future.

4. Abhidhamma, http://www.accesstoinsight.org/lib/authors/bodhi/abhiman.html

5. Paritta, http://www.accesstoinsight.org/lib/authors/piyadassi/protection.html

6. Parabhava Sutta, http://www.accesstoinsight.org/tipitaka/kn/snp/snp.1.06.nara.html

Translator's note: While the Mangala Sutta deals with the way of life conducive to progress and happiness, the Parabhava Sutta supplements it by pointing out the causes of downfall. He who allows himself to become tarnished by these blemishes of conduct blocks his own road to worldly, moral and spiritual progress and lowers all that is truly noble and human in man. But he who is heedful of these dangers keeps open the road to all those thirty-eight blessings of which human nature is capable.

Thank you so much for the meanings of the chantings. I may revisit this and other sites. Thanks TSerey and Sati for the question and answers, respectively.
