12th Annual SEA Water Festival in Lowell, MA

I hope that everyone has a chance to visit Lowell and join in on the Water Festival... There will be lots of great performances, local ethnic food and a traditional boat race.

i was there at the waterfestival around 1p to 4pm and was looking around to see if you or nearyk were around but no luck..


i had a great time in lowell and Providence. i didn't realize the east coast if beautiful in the summer..and maybe the winter time too..i now fall in love with the eastcoast..
