Someone once said, "The only people I know who are happy are the ones I don't know." The wisdom of that statement says that if we are to truly know someone, we will know just how unhappy their lives can be and that not everything is copasetic or what it seems. Having said that and without any knowledge of Hun Sen, I believe the man is not a happy person. Do I believe that he is content? Of course, the guy is sitting on a country that he can sway at will and billion of dollars in wealth.
